Still waiting, and waiting for a phone call from a practice pharmacist! Apparently they tried ringing but my phone is ALWAYS with me, so that's a lie!

Tell the pharmacist not to lie! I'll be ringing next week, AGAIN, to try and sort it.

I have been a patient of the Teams surgery for some years now, during this time I've seen many changes. I find the surgery runs fairly smoothly and the staff are friendly and helpful. I can't praise Dr Radcliffe and the nurse Sarah Glister enough. They both have really listen to me and my problems and gone above and beyond to help me!! I find trying to get a appointment by phone practically impossible, hence waiting on the surgery doorstep for it opening. Not all patients are able to do that tho

Come up with a better telephone appointment booking system
